Terms of Service

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Michael Wetz Cyber Services (“CyberComply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

Users may share credentials internally within their organization, but not with any individual or entity outside of it.

All content, including but not limited to data, text, images, software, and other materials provided through the Services (“Content”), is owned by CyberComply, its licensors, or other rights holders and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services and Content for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Services and Content solely for your personal or internal business purposes. Any external use, redistribution, publication, or disclosure of Content is prohibited unless we have provided prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  6. Share your account credentials with any person or entity outside your team or company.

Interpret any information provided by the Services, including but not limited to algorithmic predictions, compliance risk insights, or automated assessments, as professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You acknowledge that automated outputs may contain inaccuracies and agree not to rely on them for decisions requiring professional judgment. Consult a qualified expert before acting on any information provided through the Services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Services and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. CyberComply does not guarantee that the Services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberComply and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services or Content.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any disputes arising from or relating to them, will be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Germany. You and CyberComply consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

CyberComply reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website, along with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue using the Services.

11. Feedback

If you provide any feedback, suggestions, or recommendations to CyberComply (“Feedback”), you grant CyberComply a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Services or Content without any obligation to compensate you.

14. Miscellaneous

The failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. CyberComply may freely assign these Terms without restriction.
